Flow
Works with breath and body.  Strengthens core muscles and enhances structural awareness.  Stretching and opening is combined with attention to aligning bones and strengthening muscles.  This class has a delightful Anasara influence, lengthening and expanding the body with particular focus on the spine.

Fit and Fabulous
Asanas from a variety of traditions are included to maintain and increase strength and flexibility thereby facilitating a long and healthy life.


Kundalini
This technology is an ancient science designed to maintain and tune-up the human body so that it can achieve peak performance at every stage of life. 


The combination of Flow and Kundalini classes enliven and delight body, mind and soul. 


Sunday 8 am
Sunday morning is a flow class; celebrating the body.  This class often explores a group of related poses with a view to discovery and freedom.

Ashtanga
Classes are energetic and thorough. The primary series tones and cleanses - body, mind and emotions.  Ashtanga synchronizes the breath with asanas (poses), producing internal heat.  For each movement there is one or more breaths.
